As of this writing there is no POP reports on Colonial notes according to PCGS , however a quick glance over at PMG which is similar shows only 2 notes grades PMG 67 against 36 notes submitted , none are certified 68 . We suspect this beauty stands alone as the finest specimen that has survived the last 225 years of existence .
